Spanish Alcalá University's Digital Campus team is today successfully finishing the first training-block for on.e's eLearning Competence Center members of seven Ethiopian Institutes of Technology. The 25 participants will continue working in self-study until the finishing session takes place a few months later and the passing students will be awarded the Certificate of Online Education of Alcalá University. The ongoing workshop is held for one week in iceethiopia at EiABC campus.

ON.E represents Ethiopia at the Open ECB Check meeting @Inwent in Berlin, Germany. Open ECB Check is a low cost, community based certifcation program for E-Learning in Capacity Building provided by inwent and the European Foundation for Quality in e-Learning.
